FAQs

ADR 1.8.3 requires many organisations involved in the carriage of dangerous goods to appoint a DGSA.

It applies to carriers, packers, fillers, loaders and unloaders, subject to some exemptions. The exemptions arise from ADR 1.8.3.2 and have been implemented by CDG Regulation 3 (j). The GB exemptions do not apply to international carriage.

For more information, please contact us.

You do not need a full ADR driver training certificate when transporting goods under Limited Quantities. However, you must still receive appropriate Dangerous Goods Awareness Training relevant to your role.
